A well-established father son business, started in 1950 by Eric and now managed by son Mark. We have a shop in Quinton for customer retail. There is also a business unit supporting commercial orders directly into catering services.
We are proud to be one of the pioneer butchers in the Midlands to have access to a full Himalayan salt chamber. We now offer premium Himalayan salt-aged beef products such as: rump, sirloin ,rib-eye and other custom cuts as required.
The process dry-ages the beef cut for a minimum of 28 days and offers a more tender and subtle flavour compared to normal beef.
